1: Introduction

This is the Terms of Service Agreement for Legendary Gate. By using this website you are fully agreeing to the terms and conditions of this document and will be required to abide by this document. This website is free and will always be. You are in no way obligated to sign up nor required to unless you so wish to.

2: User Responsibilites

Any user visiting this website is subject to these responsibilities. Any conduct not following this user conduct is subject for removal. Users here are given freedom of expression and allowed to talk to one another. But please remember that many people look around the site and can be offended by the material you upload. These rules and conditions are as followed:

- No sexual themes or encounters
- No copyright infringement
- You agree to the local laws of your own country
- No abusing, threatening, harassing, impersonating, or intimidating other members
- No spamming of others via email or URL
- No spamming of the content that is uploaded to the website
- No selling of your account
- No selling or buying of any campaign on the website
- Do not purposely inflate the counter of the website
- Do not contaminate the website with viruses, spyware, malware, or any other form of malicious software

3: Termination

At all times your account is subject to termination without notice. This can occur from breaking of any rule or misuse of conduct stated in this document. Just play fair and no problems will occur.

4: Copyright

Legendary Gate, Logos, headers, and graphics are owned and used by this website. No duplication of any code or graphics are allowed, unless expressed permission from Legendary Gate. Anyone caught using these properties will be prosecuted by the law.

5: Privacy

As a user of this website, you will have the option of submitting personal information and even uploading pictures. In no way will your information be used other than for the purposes of this site to run. NO information will be shared or sold to anyone by no circumstances. No spam will be sent to your email account or any other unwanted information exchange.

6: Modification to the Agreement

At any point in time, we can make changes to this document. And if this event were to happen, you will still be obligated to agree to these rules and conditions. The date will be updated on the document as soon as changes occur.

7: Submissions

Submissions are what run this site. Without responsible submissions, Legendary Gate will not be able to offer its free service for the users. Please submit only content that is of your own creation and not a copyright of any other material. Submit campaigns that are relevant to the theme of your choice and will help others to be more creative in their own settings. Once material is submitted please do not spam old material. Any spam to the site will be taken down without notice!
